Carefully handpicked during the peak harvest season from November to February, the beans are of premium Arabica variety. They are meticulously washed and sun-dried — a traditional process that preserves their bright acidity and smooth body. With subtle floral notes, hints of citrus, and a delicate sweetness, every cup tells a story of our land and craftsmanship.
